How do Billing & Payments Work with JONLU?

A prepayment is required. Your job will be officially scheduled only after the payment is received.

All payments must be made by bank transfer in euros (€): You will receive an official sales invoice with all payment details. Cash payments are not accepted.

Can I order JONLU Local Moving Services only within Lithuania?

Yes, you can! We offer local moving services within Lithuania with a minimum order of 2 hours. However, since each job is unique, we recommend contacting us for more details and a precise cost calculation.

Do you provide packing materials if I want to pack by myself?

Yes, we do! We can deliver packing materials to your location so you can pack your belongings yourself. However, please note that we do not take responsibility for improper packing. If the outer box appears undamaged but items inside are broken, we cannot be held liable, as we have no way of verifying their condition before packing.

Additionally, if any boxes or items are packed incorrectly, and additional packing is required, extra charges will apply.

What if I need Storage Services?

We offer a variety of storage options, including self-storage boxes and space in our logistics warehouse. If you need extra time before arriving at your new location, we can hold your delivery and schedule it for the right time that suits you.

I’m moving outside the European Union—what documents do I need?

When moving outside the European Union or from third countries to the EU, the requirements may vary depending on the destination country. However, most of the time, you will need the following documents:

• Passport

• Visa or document proving your right to live in the country

• EORI code (for Europe, we can help you obtain it)

• Packing list

• Proforma invoice

• Landing bills and other shipping documents

• Proof that items are used (e.g., rental proof, job contract, or specific receipts requested by customs)

• VAT may apply to unused items

What is the estimated transit time for my shipment?

• Within Europe: Between countries, transit can range from 1-2 days to 2 weeks

• Europe to USA (Sea Shipment): Around 30-60 days

• Europe to USA (Air Shipment): Up to 1 week

• Europe to New Zealand: Up to 4 months

• Europe to India: Up to 3 months

• Europe to UAE: Up to 1-2 months

• Europe to Australia: Up to 3-4 months

• Europe to most of Asia: Up to 1-2 months
